...Himeko, or Hime-chan, is an ordinary girl with normal preteen problems. She has a crush on an upperclassman and prefers to dress Tomboyishly. Anyway, Princess Erika appears from the Land of Magic to locate the human that looks just like her. Her journey ends when she meets Himeko. She gives Hime-chan a magical ribbon that can turn her into other people. In return, Erika is able to view Hime-chan's life for a year. To make sure no one will notice her disappearance when transformed into someone else, Hime-chan can make a clone of herself with a magical pendant. To supervise and assist Hime-chan will be Pokota, her stuffed lion who came to life after Hime-chan received the gifts.
