...After the Sailor Soldiers healed Nepeherenia, many changes took place. Chibiusa returned to Crystal Tokyo and Mamoru went off to study in the United States. Also, three new students joined the girls' high school. They are also members of a popular band known as the Three Lights. Unbeknownst to Sailor Moon and the others, the new students are also their new allies, the Starlights. Along with new friends are enemies: Sailor Galaxia and the Animates. They are after the greatest Star Seeds of the galaxy. Once they're acquired, the universe is theirs for the taking.
